IS MY TIMBER READY TO HARVEST?

We will examine your tract without obligating you in any way whatsoever. If you have timber ready for harvest, we will submit a proposal for timber sale preparation and administration. If your timber ought to grow for a while, we'll tell you so and arrange future evaluations.

IF I ACCEPT/SIGN YOUR PROPOSAL, MUST I SELL MY TREES?

No. You reserve the right to reject any or all bids and you owe us nothing.

WHEN DO I GET PAID FOR MY TREES?

We help you select the payment schedule that meets your needs.

HOW LONG WILL THE ACTUAL CUTTING TAKE?

Harvesting schedules can be tailored to meet individual landowner's needs. Most contracts are 12 to 18 months to allow for changes in weather and market conditions.

WHAT ABOUT THE ROADS?

The buyer is required to repair damages caused by logging to roads or other areas. Such repairs must meet or exceed conditions existing at the time the contract is executed.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Verifying that the marked trees are on your property and guaranteeing title to them.
